What is TotalCare? TotalCare is your IT department on-call. It provides
your company with an IT department consisting of dedicated
professionals with the Momentum values and attitude all on a pay as
you go basis. You will have a service agreement set-up with a
guaranteed response time. What this means is that every time
you have an IT problem, after you submit a request using our
easy-to-use web interface, a Momentum technician will be at your
company within the stated response time. Any work carried out
will be charged at a reduced hourly rate and billed monthly.

TotalCare aims to provide our clients with a superior IT service,
while simultaneously reducing costs. Totalcare provides
an alternative to employing your own IT professionals (who can be
very expensive!), resulting in increased flexibility and an
increased skill set. You will no longer need to worry about
your IT guy being on holiday, or off sick, when you need them most.
Or if you find that you are restricted by the skillset of your
technician(s) and find that you end up bringing in outside
contractors anyway (it is unlikely that one person can have all the

How does it work?
When you sign-up for the TotalCare program you will have a
range of options available to you. You are able to sign-up for
the solution that suits you company the most. These options
vary in response times and involvement with the client. Once
you sign-up your company will have a priority on-call service to
suit your needs. You will inform us of your IT requests via
our web interface or via telephone and you will receive a visit from
our professional, dedicated technicians within the stated reponse
time. You will be charged by the hour and then billed monthly.
